The estimates are executed following instructions from the general director :

- Visit of the future building site
- Taking into consideration the client's wishes
- Underlining problems
- Measurement or reception of existing plans
- Taking digital photos of the initial state

Presentation :

- Detailed description of planned work
- Calculation of the various item costs taking into consideration the methodology and the execution of the work and the utilized materials. Possibility of a technical document specifying their character (elastisity, resistance, waterproof ou water-resistance etc... )
- A visual prospective is presented in cases where digital photos were taken
- Estimation of planning will be made on a provisonal basis
